The lodge that does not have an "exit interview" process and does not look to rectify the reason does a disservice to itself and he fraternity. Discussion is the best method of problem solving.

I agree. Dues should support the operating costs of the lodge. So called regular and recurrent fund raisers get old quickly and tend to burn out the regulars and new comers.

Hi a nice pod cast, you can't test people like that as freemasonry is a hobby to most, this would not work

Now we just hope some of the lodges will get the point. I can't believe how much I agree with you on so many topics. I wish I was better in school & wasn't a truck driver then may be I could express my self better. Keep up the good work! Someone might do something some day to get the lodges going again. Johnny
